Passionate in nurturing Talent & Mentoring & Coaching. Prior to setting up atharvv, she was HR head in Heromotocorp R&D division, and also served RioTinto Plc. as HR head for India. She has been associated with companies like India Today Group and Fadv before joining Rio.
She is a certified executive coach by Genos EI Coach and she is certified Independent Director by IOD ( Institute of Directors ); She holds Post Graduate degree in Human Resource from LBSIM Delhi. She is also a fitness enthusiast and loves trekking and travelling.
